Thank you for your question! With our current version of UCal and UScan, only GD (global distance) is available as a method for qualifying your unknown sample against a specific product library. GD is moderately powerful, and if your products are sufficiently unique, this will provide enough sensitivity to positively ID your samples.
We are currently working on algorithms that are much more powerful for identification as well as good product / bad product (conformity) testing. We will be including these features in future versions of UCal and UScan.
